Fairtytales Do Come True…Kind Of

Last night was the season finale for Once Upon A Time, and I couldn’t be more excited by the ending. I was already in love with this show but after the final few seconds from last night, I am counting down the days until it comes back. For those of you who don’t watch Once Upon A Time (how can you not?!), it is a show about bringing fairytale characters to life in this day and age. All sorts of characters from Snow White to Peter Pan have had a storyline, and the coolest part is they intertwine together. It’s so awesome to see how everyone is connected. Before season 3 started Dave and I watched all of the previous 2 seasons on Netflix and instantly knew it was one of our new favorites.

The ending of last nights episode introduced the fourth season with none other than the Ice Queen herself…ELSA! WOOHOO! I really could die, I am so excited to see who plays Elsa. Fingers crossed Kristen Bell comes on to play Anna.

Along with this wonderful post about Fairytales, I bring great news…I may be going to Disneyland sooner than expected! Dave and I have been talking about taking a trip to Disney next year, and it actually may happen in October now! I have been to Disney in Orlando and Anaheim, and I am hoping to make it back to Anaheim. I will be in San Francisco for a good part of October and November, and LA is a cheap MegaBus ride away, so why not?! The other thing is the ticket prices. I just don’t understand how they can be so expensive. It makes me sad because Disney is such a huge part of children’s childhoods and everyone should have the chance to visit!

I have looked all over the place for discounted park tickets but haven’t had any luck. Does anyone have an idea of how to get Disney Discounts? We will likely stay in a disney hotel if that changes anything.

  1. Ugh I live in California and we get the “discount” but it’s not much at all. I hate that it’s so expensive they really need to change that cause it is sad for parents who can’t afford that. Maybe I need to start this show too!

  2. My sister works there, and honestly, even her discount isn’t so good. She can only go to the park during certain weird times, and she only gets like 4 passes a year for friends and family and she mostly uses them on her boyfriend. You’re best off just going during a really really off-peak time!
